This is the most useful email you can send. Prices, visa conditions, work-hour limits, concession eligibility and transport fares all change, sometimes with little notice, and readers usually spot it before we do.
To make a correction quick to action, include:
- The page link
- The sentence or figure that looks wrong
- What it should say, and a source if you have one
Corrections are handled the way our Editorial Policy describes: verified against the primary source, fixed, and the page’s update date changed.
What we cannot help with
We want to be straight with you so you do not lose time waiting on a reply that cannot come.
