The site is published by Shoumya Chowdhury, sole trader, ABN 70 716 218 890, trading as New Life In Australia. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that publisher.
1. What the site is for
It is a free, general-information resource for people moving to, studying in, or settling into Australia. There is no account to create, nothing to buy, and no service being supplied to you.
2. Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, migration, financial, tax, medical or real estate advice, and no reader relationship is created by using it. Our Disclaimer sets out the detail, including which registrations we do not hold.
3. Our content and your use of it
All text, tables, calculators, images and layout on this site are our copyright or used under licence.
You may read, print and share pages for your own personal or study use, and quote a short extract with clear attribution and a link back to the page.
You may not republish substantial parts of a guide, scrape the site in bulk, use our content to train a commercial model without permission, or present our work as your own. Frequent, obvious copying will be reported to search engines and hosts.
Want to use something properly? Ask us — the answer is often yes.
4. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to break into, overload, probe or disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, harvest data by automated means beyond ordinary search-engine crawling, or use the site for anything unlawful.

11. If part of these terms fails
If any provision is found unenforceable, it is severed and the rest continues to apply.
